Counter Terrorism (CT) Pillar main goals and activities are geared towards building national and regional capacity of the Horn of Africa countries in the fight against terrorism, radicalization and extremists violence. Our CT capacity building programs are implemented within the principles of rule of law and respect for human rights and in consistence with applicable international legal frameworks and good practices. We work in partnership with regional and international organizations such as African Union (AU), Global Counter Terrorism Forum (GCTF), Global Center for Cooperative Security (GCCS), Sahan Research and United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) among others.
